About Us:
At Bright Holistic, we are a not-for-profit NDIS service provider specializing in Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination. Our mission is to empower individuals living with disability to overcome barriers to achieve their goals. We pride ourselves on providing compassionate, person-centered support that makes a real difference. We are growing and looking for Support Coordinators (Level 2), Psychological Recovery Coach (PRC) and or Specialist Support Coordinators (Level 3) to join our team in Adelaide. Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with participants, families, and service providers to coordinate support services.
- Help participants manage and implement their NDIS plans and budgets.
- Prioritize and manage a complex caseload, ensuring participants’ needs are met.
- Resolve barriers and support participants through times of crisis.
- Coordinate and liaise with health professionals, service providers, and government departments.
- Write high-quality reports for NDIS participants and stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience:
- Desirable: Experience in previous NDIS Support Coordination roles or social work.
- Level 2 Support Coordinator: Relevant experience required; no degree required.
- Psychological Recovery Coach - minimum of Certificate 4 in Mental Health or Mental Health Peer work or similar training and/or two years’ paid experience in supporting people with mental health challenges.
- Level 3 Specialist Support Coordinator: Allied health degree required.
- Strong understanding of disability types and the NDIS.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Clearance, National Police clearance, and a Working with Children Check.
- Must have a current driver’s license and access to a roadworthy and insured vehicle (travel reimbursements provided).

- Have proficient time management skills
- Have minimum 1 year experience as SC/SSC plus considerable relevant experience

- Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
- Proven ability to manage complex cases and support participants in achieving their goals.
